To make a backup of the current switch software we like to secondary flash:
<tt>copy flash flash secondary</tt>

To transfer new switch software to the primary flash:
<tt>copy tftp flash IP-ADDR FILENAME-STR primary</tt>

To reboot the switch and use the new software:
<tt>boot</tt>
